Jasmine Chow, AMFT.

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Jasmine is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who understands firsthand how life’s challenges can shape us. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and has extensive experience providing school-based counseling to children, adolescents, and young adults in the community. Her work is guided by a deep belief that every person—no matter their age, background, or circumstance—deserves a safe, supportive space to heal and grow.

Living with a chronic illness taught Jasmine the importance of compassion, resilience, and finding meaning in adversity. That personal experience inspired her journey into therapy—first as a client, then as a clinician—motivated by the healing power of being truly seen and understood.

Jasmine enjoys working with children, teens, adults, and families, partnering with them to cultivate resilience, confidence, and connection through life’s ups and downs. When supporting children and adolescents, she collaborates closely with parents and caregivers, helping youth navigate challenges such as emotional regulation, school stress, learning differences, low confidence, social anxiety, and peer relationships. Her background as a school-based therapist gives her unique insight into how home, school, and community systems shape a child’s well-being.

With adults, Jasmine offers a compassionate and holistic approach to concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, burnout, chronic illness, and grief. Having walked her own path through medical trauma, she brings deep empathy to others experiences life's stressors—honoring the mind-body connection and the courage it takes to heal.

Jasmine integrates evidence-based and research-backed approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and narrative and somatic methods—to provide effective, results-driven treatment tailored to each client’s needs and goals. She combines clinical expertise with warmth and authenticity, ensuring that clients feel supported while developing practical tools for real, lasting change.

Clients who work with Jasmine often describe her as genuine, grounded, and deeply attuned. She meets each person where they are—with empathy, curiosity, and respect—and helps them build insight, flexibility, and self-compassion.
